What the integrated inclusion pathway is
Objective:
The objective of this activity is to become familiar with the basic characteristics of integrated inclusion pathways applied in the ARACNE Model.
Description:

The journey between people’s current situation and the professional project they aspire to is the pathway. The phases undertaken during the pathway will enrich individuals’ careers, letting them increase their competencies step by step. Designing a career.
An integrated job placement pathway in the ARACNE Model is a set of organised training actions that let individuals’ progressively get closer to the professional projects they designed.
The purpose of this activity is for you to approach how to shape the pathways as they are understood in the ARACNE Model, for which a document was written that you should study carefully. It contains a link to the ARACNE competencies map, as well as an example that may illustrate the practical implementation of the pathway.
It also contains several links that may round out and/or expand your vision of personalised pathways (which do not necessarily integrate the three core areas) and finally it proposes an optional exercise (not obligatory) that can let you delve into pathway design in greater depth.
Methodology
You can follow these steps to do this activity:
1. Read the attached document (5.4. Working document). You can ask about any issues for which you need clarification by sending an email to your mentor.
2. Do a theoretical exercise on the integrated job placement pathway, for which you may want to watch the video in exercise 5.3 again.
There are four people in job placement processes who have chosen specific occupations.

Pick one of the cases and complete the attached form with the pathway actions you think could enrich this person’s career. Good luck!
3. Send the exercise to your contact email and you’ll receive a response containing the corrected exercise.
