Creating job profile diagrams for each ARACNE training action
OBJECTIVE
The aim
of the present activity is for students to learn the online tool that will let
them select and make visible the competences to be developed in each training
action.
Each training action is part of an integrated placement pathway that
progressively increases users’ competencies. It therefore has its own learning
objectives in the three core action areas of the model:
1. The technical competences or professional function, which will be defined by the catalogue of occupations for each country (as you saw earlier).
2. The competencies to be acquired in self-employment and empowerment should be selected by using the ARACNE competencies map.
DESCRIPTION
The
ARACNE online tool is for teachers and trainers who want to apply the ARACNE
methodology in their training courses.
The tool contains the activities developed and connects them to different
training actions, so that the trainer can graphically visualise the activities,
simulating the model.
The activities are also presented framed within one of the three core areas of
the model (Professional function, Empowerment and Self-employment).
