Creating alliances
OBJECTIVE
The objective of this task is to seek alliances with public, private, social, etc. enterprises that let you do the training action. To do so, you will learn to identify the needs, limitations and shortcomings of the enterprise that plans the ARACNE training action.
DESCRIPTION
As you know, the aim of the ARACNE Model is
to simultaneously develop vocational skill-building, empowerment and group
self-employment through three progressive learning levels. In the last unit,
you saw the learning competencies map: a set of training activities designed
and that integrate the previously defined competencies, three specific pathways
and an integrated pathway, where the training action is the basic unit for
social service.
In this activity, please reflect on a series of matters necessary to develop
the model and seek responses by signing collaboration agreements with those
enterprices that facilitate the implementation of the training action. These
enterprises and resources will vary depending on the needs of your enterprise
and the country in which you are located, as well as the competency level you
want to develop (basic, intermediate, advanced). You can share them later in
the learning community as best practices.
An alliance is built in order to share good times and collaborate in problem solving. Thus, the importance of assessing the competitive advantages that are provided by creating strategic alliances, which should be greater than the barriers faced during the process. This is important to bear in mind, as it is a critical point for the success of strategic alliances. At the end of day, strategic alliances create a working team that must work and operate well.
