How to design a strategy to generate alliances for a company with social impact

Objective:

The objective of this task is to ensure that the people you are training obtain the highest number of opportunities possible with regard to accessing the job market, access to more training actions, doing work experience at companies, etc. to increase their financial and emotional stability.

Within the economic sector of the commercial activity with ‘social impact’, there is the chance to establish strategic alliances with a greater scope and importance, a business option that should be assessed as an extremely important part of any business project.

This will increase the commercial scope of action, providing service to all those enterprises – considered CUSTOMERS – that will be recipients of your services or the goods produced under ‘social impact’ criterion.

Therefore, the strategic alliance is a collaboration agreement through which you can transfer goods and services with added value of providing social impact to the enterprise that procures your services or buys your products.

Description:

Having a rating as a company with ‘social impact’ represents an added value that must be valued from the time at which the business idea is designed, creating a sales strategy that bears in mind the potential market niches depending on the needs covered within the parameters of social wealth.

Thus, the sales strategy should be focused on winning over these potential customers, as the target market, who are looking for services or products with a differential quality seal, not only with regard to the intrinsic quality of what is offered or produced, but as a benchmark for a service or product with ‘social impact’.

The business plan is a key document that is used as a guide for introducing your product on the market. The business plan will lead you to seeking new alliances that generate business opportunities, as well as securing and improving existing ones.

The strategic alliance has become established as an extraordinary phenomenon that has been experiencing a boom in recent years. Companies with ‘social impact’ represent an opportunity to modulate business strategies towards a business logic that entails social impact, demanded by a majority of social classes in today’s world.

In the same way that a strategy is created to sell your products and services to companies, agreements and alliances are also created with companies. When you are seeking allies that will provide you with the synergies you need to execute your proposals, either because non-work practices are agreed on or training or provision of specific services, you will be establishing a business plan.
