Animaker - How to use it?

TCC VET How to use it?

Why using this tool – benefits

Animaker is a do-it-yourself animation software that can be used for different purposes, including those related to education field, in a variety of styles. It is provided by a platform for beginners, non-designers & professionals to create animation and live-action videos, helping a wide range of users to craft videos of studio standard without much training or external guidance. Everything starts with just a simple drag and drop interface to allow you to add/edit elements, as well as plenty of templates to get you started if you aren’t sure what you want your video to look like. There’s also an included library of images, characters, audio, and more that you can use in your video. Animaker is a freemium software, and it’s up to you to decide if the basic features are enough for your needs (they should definitely be!) or if you need to have more and therefore check the pricing model. The software is anyway completely web-based (you don’t have to install anything) and very easy to get started with.

2. The homepage of Animaker will appear on your screen. On the top right corner there’s a button to choose the language you prefer (not so many languages are available other than English…). Once chosen the language, you can sign-up with a simple click, but first of all please spend 2 minutes to scroll down the page and get an overview of the numberless features Animaker gives to its users!

5. Look carefully at the screenshot above: if you feel comfortable with such a tool, because you normally use something like this, you can start creating your animos, maybe choosing in the middle of the page the form of your video, the final destination and so on. But if you still need to learn the technique, you’d better go first to the tutorials, clicking the button in the bottom left corner.

However you decide to proceed, Animaker always helps you step-by-step to create your activities, but you have so many features at your disposal that a bit of practice will help to achieve good results!

6. Let’s say, just to give an example, that you want to create a square animated video. Clicking of the circled yellow icon above, you land in a new page, which offers several templates ordered by different objectives:
