1- reading the ARACNE guide

If I have not misunderstood, we must discuss some parts of the activities in this forum.

Regarding the guide, I really appreciated the integrated training methodology of the three identified aspects, while I have a question about a wording that I did not understand: in the part concerning the professional role, in the section of the three progressive learning levels, the words "closure of the quality process", I do not know what it is and I have not found references on the web!
I hope someone can tell me more about it :)

By reading the guide I realize that in the U.S. the non-government organizations are the ones that try to fill the gaps for the vulnerable groups, particularly the immigrants, which as you know they are blamed for the lack of employment opportunities. Coca-cola company has a women's empowerment initiative with a goal of training women for entrepreneurship. They provide grants to non-profits, here in Atlanta, for the Latin American Association, which is the main organization helping immigrants. So my research about vulnerable populations will have to cover US citizens only.

"Richiestra chiusura processo di qualitá", in the English version of the ARACNE Guide is translated as "Quality finish requested". It means that a person who has achieved a basic level of the professional role, must be able to provide under the supervision of a senior person and within schedule, the level of quality desired of the product or service delivered.

Después de hacer la lectura de la guía me ha parecido super interesante el planteamiento.

Yo he trabajado mucho con la definición de competencias pero siempre en un solo eje (el profesional) y muy basadas en habilidades a desarrollar. El enfoque del Modelo ARACNE me resulta muy interesante porque trabajar no sólo el eje profesional sino también el de emprendimiento y el de empoderamiento me parece fundamental, y finalmente el poder desarrollar itinerarios de formación integrados creo que aportan mucho a lo que significa realmente FORMAR a alguien, que no sólo es formación sino también desarrollo de la persona.

Aqui en España existen algunas acciones formativas públicas que se destinan a el colectivo de personas paradas que quieran crear su propio autoempleo, a las que se les intenta ayudar también desde los tres ejes. Pero son acciones muy puntuales y que no siempre existen y se plantean desde un punto de vista de autoempleo individual. Quizás sería interesante plantear el autoempleo colectivo, algo muy innovador de ARACNE.

Hola!

Estoy de acuerdo con Nieves en el sentido de que el enfoque del Modelo ARACNE trabaja no solo en torno al eje profesional sino también el de emprendimiento. Aquí en Estados Unidos hay iniciativas de las iglesias y de organizaciones con o sin fines de lucro para dotar de herramientas y recursos a personas desempleadas o subempleadas, o que quieren ser emprendedoras. El concepto de incubadoras empresariales comenzó a ser muy exitoso desde la década de 1990. También hay iniciativas para proporcionar "financial literacy" para que la gente sepa navegar el complicado sistema crediticio, porque un mal puntaje en el historial de crédito puede afectar incluso una solicitud de empleo. Sin embargo, estos programas a veces no tienen el criterio holístico de ARACNE, por lo que sería interesante incorporarlo. La enorme influencia de Amazon está creando ejércitos de personas que empacan o distribuyen paquetes sin la esperanza de poder tomar las riendas de su futuro profesional y personal.
