Designing a training activity involves designing and planning activities that are organised into the three core areas that the model outlines: professional function, empowerment and self-employment.
Section length: 90 min6.1. ACTIVITY 1. PLAN TO APPLY THE ARACNE MODEL
As you saw in the last activity for developing the integrated social inclusion through job placement pathway, it is comprised of an organised series of training activities, where each of them leads to an increase in competencies.
ARACNE Model training activities are framed within what we call the INTEGRATED JOB PLACEMENT PATHWAY.
Implementing the activities and shaping the pathway lead to transformation and social impact that consequently must be planned.
This activity is centred on profiling the context in which the training project can be developed with guarantees based on working with the ARACNE Model, from which you will design the suitable training activities needed.
Activity length: 60 min
You should present a training project that was already done within the framework of the ARACNE Model methodology. We recommend that you explain that it is not presented as a standard or prototype example, but instead just to help students have a comprehensive vision of the items that make up a training action applied to a real group of people. We hope it will be useful to students as inspiration when they have to plan their own training activities.

6.2. ACTIVITY 1. Working with the online tool to design integrated social inclusion through job placement pathways
The aim of the present activity is for students to learn the online tool that will let them select and make visible the competences to be developed in each training action.
Each training action is part of an integrated placement pathway that progressively increases users’ competencies. It therefore has its own learning objectives in the three core action areas of the model:
1. Technical competences or professional function, which will be defined by the catalogue of occupations for each country (as you saw in the last activity).
2. The competencies to be acquired in self-employment and empowerment should be selected by using the ARACNE competencies map.

6.4. ACTIVITY 1: Creating Aracne alliances
The objective of this task is to seek alliances with public, private, social, etc. enterprises that let you do the training action. To do so, you will learn to identify the needs, limitations and shortcomings of the enterprise that plans the ARACNE training action.

6.4. ACTIVITY 2: How to design a strategy to generate alliances for a company with social impact
The objective of this task is to ensure that the people you are training obtain the highest number of opportunities possible with regard to accessing the job market, access to more training actions, doing work experience at companies, etc. to increase their financial and emotional stability.
